Data we process

When you contact us, we may process your name, company, job title or role, email address, telephone number, delivery address for samples and project information. Drawings, dimension schedules and other attachments may also contain personal data.

Why we use your data

The information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, plan potential assignments and communicate during an ongoing business relationship. Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps before entering a contract, performance of a contract or STN Nordic’s legitimate interest in handling business contacts and project enquiries.

Applications and recruitment

For a speculative application, we process the contact details, experience, availability and any CV you provide. The purpose is to assess your application and contact you about work at STN Nordic. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling applications and recruiting employees. The information is not used for marketing.

Applications are handled by those who need them for recruitment and by our web form and email providers. Information is deleted when no longer needed to assess the application or continue an active recruitment discussion, unless legal grounds require retention. Contact info@stnnordic.se to withdraw your application or request deletion.

Recipients and retention

Information is handled by STN Nordic and providers needed for email, web forms and technical operations. It is retained for as long as needed for the discussion, assignment or legal requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to assignments are deleted when no longer needed as business records.

Do not send sensitive information

Avoid sending personal identity numbers, sensitive personal data or confidential information through the form. Contact us first if documents require a specific transfer method.

Your rights

You may request information about the personal data we process, have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain cases, request deletion or restriction or object to processing. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
