An enquiry becomes a clearly defined assignment.
We review drawings, quantities, the programme and contract requirements. Responsibilities, interfaces and supply boundaries are clarified before the estimate and tender are completed.

02 — Design
The system must work before the stone is ordered.
Stone sizes, fixings, joints, substrates and interfaces are coordinated into information that can be priced, approved and built.

03 — Prepare
Materials and deliveries are planned around installation.
Stone type, finish, tolerances and production information are confirmed. Materials are labelled and called off in the order required for installation.

04 — Deliver
Installation is checked throughout the works.
Substrates, dimensions and interfaces are checked before installation. Deliveries are coordinated with the site, and discrepancies are addressed before they become part of the finished work.
